Top ENR General Contractor seeking a Project Manager with experience building Warehouses & Distribution Centers, Complex Manufacturing Plants, and Data Centers builds.
Cold Storage, Food & Beverage Processing, and MEP experience is a plus.
ROLE
- Develop and manage schedules and budgets to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and teams to maintain project flow and quality.
- Enforce safety and quality standards throughout all phases of the project.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders, addressing project-related issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with client and regulatory specifications
QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Minimum 3-4 years of Project Management experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Strong track record of completing Ground Up Industrial, Manufacturing, or Commercial projects
- Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent industry experience
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Verbal and Written Communication skills essential
